Rev 250 - Fourth of July Weekend 2026 - Fort Ticonderoga
Over the fourth of July holiday weekend Fort Ticonderoga hosted a three day living history event “Return of an Army”. The reenactment recreated the return of Continental forces under General Benedict Arnold from the failed siege of Quebec. Over the three days we saw the return of soldiers, the sick (smallpox) and armaments needed to defend the Fort from the looming British attack.
This gallery spans four days from July 2nd to the 5th and is approximately 100 images, significantly larger than the others in this series due to the wealth of material. The first nine images below are from the “Ticonderoga Guns by Night” program held July 2nd.
